Facility Design Audit
Emerson
The electircal infrastructure of a critical facility such as a large data center or other essential operations can be a very complicated and constantly changing system. Maximizing the availability of your mission-critical systems requires appropriate maintenance and operational practices. The Facility Design Audit reviews the documentation, processes and maintenance initiatives for critical power systems and provides a point-in-time snapshot for improved decision-making.

Your Challenge
Pick one:
  • Your datacenter(s) are changing size or capacity (or are about to change)
  • Information about your current computer rooms (e.g., electrical diagrams) is missing or out of date
  • There is a need to standardize testing, operational or maintenance procedures with critical facility power infrastructure
  • All of the above
Emerson
The Emerson Network Power solution
Emerson
The facility design audit, a comprehensive assessment of your maintenance and reliability procedures associated with the infrastructure that supports your mission critical systems. The audit has four sections:
  • An equipment inventory, with a detailed report and tagging of each identified component.
  • One-line drawing verification, as required by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 70E).
  • Maintenance program review, with a comparison to industry standards.
  • Reliability service review for testing and operating processes, and a comparison with industry standards.
Emerson
The assessment - completed by the largest and most experienced team in the industry -- will also identify any gaps in your program, and recommend appropriate changes.
